Welcome to Tokers! By accessing or using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

3. Description of Services
Tokers allows users to scan receipts from legal cannabis purchases in exchange for a chance to win rewards, perks, and prizes.

All cannabis-related promotions are provided by licensed dispensaries in compliance with state and local laws. Tokers does not sell, distribute, or fulfill cannabis products. Users are required to redeem promotional deals directly at participating dispensary locations.

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information and to safeguard your account credentials.

5. Receipt Scanning and Rewards
• Users may scan valid receipts from authorized cannabis retailers.
• Tokers reserves the right to reject any receipt it deems invalid or fraudulent.
• Rewards, perks, and prizes are subject to availability and may change at any time.

6. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those related to cannabis consumption and distribution. Tokers is not responsible for any legal violations by users.

7. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to:
• Submit fraudulent or altered receipts.
• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the App’s security or functionality.

8. Termination
Tokers reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any violation of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Tokers is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability
Tokers and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to lost rewards, data breaches, or service interruptions.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
